One of her skills says, deals up to 0 extra damage with up to 200% multiplyer depending on low their hp is...........
What O_O? I don't understand this, how do i get the extra damage :S?

Her skill does 100% of her base AD + 40/70/100 damage + up to 200% of that (I think, the multiplier might be just 200% of base) the lower they are on health.
