RP Missing?

I bought $10 worth of RP last night to buy an IP boost for the weekend. My account clearly says I have 1200 RP, but it says I don't have enough to buy an IP boost that costs 364 RP.

And actually, my account history doesn't show the IP I gained from the four games I played yesterday (I went from like 2700 IP to around 3200 IP) - but I still have the IP.
