League of Legends

so i've found out i REALLY enjoy playing malphite, kinda confused on how to build him (from start to finish).

initially i was rushing a.... frozen whatever ( the name is eluding me for some reason) for the CDR, mana and armor.

however i noticed that with this, my HP was at a stifling 1400 by level 14, which was causing me much grief...

SO, last game i went 10/2/23

i started with the mana regen orb thing for spirit shroud, ninja tabi boots after, finished spirit shroud, the glacial item (one used in the frozen thing),

basically finished off with a frozen, spirit shroud, ninja tabi, and a sunfire cape.

it was pretty decent later on, but it may have been because i was a little fed in the start, but surviving early might be an issue with this particular item build.

any advice?

oh and i've been going R>Q>E>W skill order for leveling, not sure if thats the best or not.
