Urgot got worse?

They need to fix the manamune/Atma's Impaler scaling and add on hit status with his Q and he will be golden.

This. This is all that I want from the new Urgot. Well, not the on hit effects part, that I think would overpower him. Sheen would be godlike on Urgot.

Between Charge and Last Whisper, you're reducing their armor by 52%. Might want to consider not stacking further Armor Penetration since you're only getting half of the effect out of it.

Unless Armor Penetration is twice as good as every other stat, I suppose.

This is how armor pen/armor reduction would work on a 100 armor target.

They have 100 armor. You shoot a lvl 5 charge at them.
100 - 20% = 80 armor.
You then walk over and shoot them. Flat penetration takes place before % penetration
80 - 25 (runes, masteries) = 55 armor.
55 - 40% = 33 armor.

Note that old Urgot would have attacked as if their armor was 27 instead.

As i said earlier, for 100 armour, its a slight nerf. For 150 armour, it's equal. For over that, it's a buff. Most tanky types will typically reach ~150 at least anyway, and those were the ones Urgot had the most trouble with.
