Woot my Permaban (2044) got lifted

Same goes to my friends that play at my house. I suffered an IP ban so every account that was played at my IP address got banned. Thanks to this awesome RIot employee named Bluefire, I got my account and my friends account unbanned.

I also sent a support ticket to Riot telling them to lower Fiddle's ult channel duration and some other buffs and they used it ^_^

As for the ban, I have lifted the game ban from the three accounts you mentioned (Jungle, Ryohei, and Raul). You should be able to continue to play LoL on these accounts. I thank you for your understanding. Happy summoning!

For some reason my house is a LoL lan party fest, and my cousins live with me too, with their own LoL accounts. I found out that my cousins made 50 level 1 accounts to screw with the forums, using different accounts (different distinct names too) to post on their own threads and upvotes etc, so my entire IP address got banned. I sent a ticket to Riot with the following message:

Greetings Riot Support Team,

I have previously sent support tickets but I am not getting the response I want. I noticed my IP has been banned and all accounts that were used within this IP address were banned too. This includes:

My main account
My friends accounts (they come over to my house to play League of Legends as I persuaded them)
My cousins accounts (Including all the multiple level one summoner accounts they have created)

I live with my cousins and we all play League of Legends. Suddenly one night every type of accounts I mentioned above have been banned until September 08, 2044, also known as a permanent ban. I am unable to access the forums as it explicitly states I have been IP banned. I was furious and I first did not know what I did to violate the Terms of Use. It figures out:

I have NOT violated the Terms of Use
My friends have NOT violated the Terms of Use

It is rather:

my COUSINS HAVE violated the Terms of Use.

Unbeknownst to me they have been forum trolling, mass producing accounts just to manipulate their own forum threads. I did not know about this, my friends did not know this, and every account has been banned. I have disciplined my cousins and punished them for violating the Terms of Use, and I would just like for you guys (the support team) to unban my IP address and my main account


However, I first got an employee that was unwilling to help me:

You were found to be in violation of the Terms of Use. Your account provided specifically has received a suspension as well, so it is not an issue with just your IP address.

We do not disclose the details concerning disciplinary actions for privacy reasons. The most common reasons for account suspensions and warnings are abusive/harassing player chat and deliberate subversion of the intended gameplay process.

I'm sorry, I just don't understand asking as to why he got banned from LEAGUE OF LEGENDS and how he got it overturned is a moddable offense...

I later sent in 30 tickets with copy paste text, but some guy named Bear closed all of them. So I waited a few weeks and this awesome guy named Bluefire was assigned to my request and said:

Hello,

Thanks for contacting me. I'll look into why you are seeing access denied. I have sent an e-mail to our forum team to investigate teh situation.

Also, just in case its a website error, try logging out of the site completely. Then clear your internet cache and temporary files and delete all league of legends cookies. Then try logging in again. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Bluefire seems like a pretty rad dude.
