A lot of things seem to have changed. The UI, it looks a lot smoother and seems smoother when I'm playing now.
Also, who are top bans/picks nowadays for solo queue/team queue? |

Also, it doesn't lag when you level up or shop anymore, so that could be it too. They removed your character box in the top right and moved the normal targeting box there.
Orianna/Amumu are still permabanned, the rest is usually situational.
