When Riot has trolled THIS well I can't be angry.

Not only did they just rickroll everybody, but they also made the most utterly crap champion spotlight yet.

So I'm not sure if Phreak was serious or not, but I think he was the worst GP I've ever seen. It's pretty bad when Phreak gets owned in the spotlight, especially since those things are hard core staged in his favor.
