We're dealing with HUMAN BEINGS with ANONYMITY. He could say anything that was slightly negative and he'd get down votes. It'd be naive to believe we're dealing with rational players who say
"Hm, yes I do agree that we should get get the RP because that was simply for users that lost content which does not apply to me. But I do appreciate their work!"

1) It assumes there's some objective acceptable standard for all game devs, somehow making Riot's completely-free-on-Riot's-part compensation program (unlike RP, they really lose almost nothing as the IP gain is NOTHING compared to cost of the entire champ roster and it can't even buy the hundreds of skins) somehow above and beyond what was required (to ppl who've spent more than 100 dollars on this game, no, it really wasn't)
2) The claim itself is general and completely lacking in evidence. Hey, I'm God. Yeah. Cause I said so.
3) If you're gonna start comparing yourself to other developers, lets start with Valve and DoTA 2. F2P. All champs free. Only skins cost money. GG Pendragon. DoTA 2, according to Pendragon, literally has a 24/7, 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year permanent mega hyper as in 10000 times Riot's IP compensation program (as in you get so much IP, there's no IP). The reason? Apparently Valve is compensating players for just playing their game. So if Riot's 2k IP = above and beyond. Valve must = God.
