well you see, when a feeder initiates a surrender vote, I vote no to do them a service. I mean, they're feeding, who says they can just end the game?

A better way to phrase the question would be "Should feeders have the right to surrender?" As the question stands, the answer is "yes" based on the game mechanics allowing such.

Unless you're asking because you're not sure how the mechanics of the game work, in which case I apologize for making any assumptions and, yes, feeders do have the right to surrender.
