I had roughly the same idea, except Monopoly Swain.

Morph into a giant bill sending out little bills. "I have come to collect... ON YOUR HEALTH POINTS!"

For Singed my idea was Gentleman. Wine bottle instead of his poison flask. Plus the idea of Singed in a tuxedo is rather amusing to me.

Cannibal trundle
he fights using half eaten human leg
pillar = piles of people stacked together
bite = rabbid bite trundle has foam around his mouth
filth area = post apocalypse (fall out setting)
ult = trundle has floating chunks of bodies around him

Megatron Jayce. For his ranged mode he turns into a floating pistol. For his hammer mode he turns into robot form. All of my joy would be from this.
