Impale will no longer finish casting if the target escapes the range during the cast time

WTF does this mean? If you escape while being stunned?

I thinks its referring to how if somebody flashes right as the spell casts it would extend all the way after the flash and still pull them back

It does that now, though.

There's a slight cast time on R where an opponent can flash away. Previously if you flashed, the flash got burned and you didn't go anywhere. Now if you move in that window, R resets and you get away.
