I'm surprised, most of you are pretty smart.

Any champion with hard CC easily beats out any champion with sustain...for example trynd is terrible against someone with a stun since he can't recast his ult.

Stun=No ult.

So my answer is Blitzcrank, Alistar, *Ashe especially, etc with good CC

I think you're confusing tryn ult with gangplank oranges, unless they both do that.

It doesn't cleanse the cc, but it means that somebody on the other team has to constantly cc him to keep him out of the fight, turning the game into a 4v4 until the other champion runs out of mana or until Trynd's QS sash or Cleanse comes off cc.

Morgana+Soraka has infinite Black Shields to block cc and infinite mana.
Bindings and pools everywhere, infinite silence, how do you beat that?
