I didn't exactly mean in that order; I should have clarified.
You can go tanky/CDR first, or more damage if wrecking, but I think tanky is probably better because if you are doing well early with tanky, you are only going to do more damage.
I think Grail + Frozen Heart just offers a good mixture of survivability and puts you close to the max cap of CDR. Mallet offers more health and infinite chase potential in Spider Form, unlike Rylai's which is a pretty miniscule slow duration of only 1.5 seconds.

Deathcap + lichbane is really all she needs for damage, the rest of her items should be helping her get tanky/utility (when they give her damage too its a plus though) --- What do you do when faced with two choices? Simply toss a coin. It works because in that brief time that the coin is in the air you know what you're hoping for.
