"oh no im about to die, better use my ult"

It's the panic. If I'm about to die I instinctively roll over all the keys trying to do as much damage as possible before I go down. Even if it's a channeled ult like Nunu's, I'll still try to do something.

Make sure you do this as Karthus before you die. The enemy might be scares and run off.
