Pardon if obvious joke (aka, the worst player on the losing team saying "easy"), otherwise punish.

It's not graceful... however, it's not really a punishable offense. Online games will have trash talk, that is a given. Besides, saying "easy" is pretty tamed compared to the usual crap you hear after a match.

I would always say easy at the end of the match, whether we won or lost. I didn't mind if the enemy team said it too, it just made me laugh.

Pardon, trash talking is naturally part of any competitive game and if it offends you, you shouldn't play.
