who would win a lvl 1 whit full buildor a lvl 18 whit no items? asuming the lvl 1 have all skills at lvl 1

So...the only functional difference is the level 18 guy has higher base stats?

In most cases this is a wash..

If both ADC, level 1. If both APC level 18. If ADC1 vs APC18, apc. If ADC1 vs APC18, adc

even with just one ability the level 1 would easily win


18 has just base stats


levl 1 will hav ehealth from like warmogs and damage from ie pd bt and s---

If he has all his skills, the lvl 1. If he's an adc, he wouldn't even need the skills.

Hell, a lvl 18 with no items is just going to have more hp/a few stats depending on runes. The lvl 1 wins every time.

Level 1 wins with a good build, level 18 if they fail to properly counter-build.

why are you guys differentiating between adc and apc acting like a malzahar can't buy an infinity edge?


It doesn't matter what champ you are if you have a full build that has big AD/AS/Crit items you will f--- up any no item champion.
