Note for those who care, the way Blackfire works is that it passively charges up stacks per second to a max of 25, and every time you hit an enemy champion, stacks are taken away as they burn from the passive.

he'll come out sometime this week or next. they haven't been releasing champs at the same time as patches for some reason recently.

Ah, thanks. I was afraid it was max 3 stacks, making it useless for AoE
