None of the newer released champions are even close to things like release xin xhao, beta TF, minion blocking heimer, release leblanc, etc.

Darius was pretty broken. The "grace period" for lag on his ult being counted as a kill was like, 4 seconds. Either way. And to boot that was when it hit for half health of someone like Shen.

God Tier Brokeness
Twisted Fate
Ryze

No other champion in LoL history was anywhere near as broken as these two.
Actually, since Wedge Antilles > Carriers, and Carriers = Instant win, then it should be Wedge Antilles > Instant win. He's just that good XD -PsionicDude

For me it's Nocturne. I remember when his ult was global hahaha. Man....how could they think that was balanced?

it wasn't global, it's range was just ridiculously long

Seriously, no one remembered Beta Ryze?

He'd just walk up to you, hit R, and you died regardless of your MR.

His Q and AA also hit like a truck.

Ezreal was pretty buzzkilling to play against on release.
Remember that failure only occurs the moment you've decided you will no longer strive for success.

2. Beta TF
3. LeBlanc pre-hotfix
4. Release Vayne
5. Release Graves
6. Zyra
7. Diana

I always hear Xin, I've tried looking through patch notes before, but what was so OP about him?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CHw1_Csup84

Why was he able to do that though?

His Q knockup lasted significantly longer
His E's AOE was almost double the size
His E's slow lasted longer
His E's slow was stronger
His ult did 25% of your current health (now it's 15%)
His ult did 400 flat dmg where it now does 325
His ult gave you 50 armor/mg res for 8 seconds REGARDLESS of whether or not it hits something
His W lasted 7 seconds
His W had a passive steroid on top of the active
His W was 5% faster
His base attack speed was higher
Opinions are like asses; everybody has one.

I remember heimer can solo baron from outside that pool back then. And i remember buying TF because of that global ult. I won games for my team because of it. Got nerfed eventually with Pantheon.
