Would a 25$ card be enough for Zed and Dragon Trainer Lulu?

I can't remember the exact RP for a 25$ card, so that's why I'm asking.
Oh and I know buying champions with RP is a bad idea, I just don't have anything I'd want to spend it on, since I already have a skin I like for each of my mains except Lulu. On second thought, should I get Dragon Trainer or Wicked?

Everybody says this, and nearly everybody regrets it later on. That's just my opinion, though.

For what it's worth, I've never regretted spending RP on champions.

Wicked>Dragon trainer. The base model which is what comprises most of the skin is superior. Dragon trainer just has a better animated and model of pix which is why it costs so much.
