Even better, supposedly you get credit for everything that dies as a result of splash.

Old Tiamat didn't proc on hit effects, and thus didn't give him Q stacks except on the original minion he hit. The new one has it's own healing effect, since it doesn't seem to proc any other lifesteal. I doubt they are going to let Nasus Q entire minion waves with Tiamat and get all the bonus damage.

Nasus may be able to farm multiple creeps per Q, but only if he can make the splash consisting solely of his AD and not his Q bonus damage kill them all.

If Nasus has 100 AD and +9999 from Siphoning Strike, Siphoning Strike still only splashes for 20-60 damage.
