You guys don't think an item that doubles your effective total AD is powerful?

Critical strike does that too you know


100% critical strike chance does, yes. How many items does it take to get that again?

The item is stronger than IE + PD currently if you're only looking at attack speed, crit chance, and the IE passive. (2x damage = 80% crit chance with 2.5x damage crits.) You only really miss the AD from IE.

Obviously, that's assuming you can hit three targets. But this isn't Tiamat, as we see in the image; the bolts can travel different distances in what I'd assume in a cone-shaped AoE in front of you, not just a tiny radius around the target.
