Mastery updates!

Sorry this is a bit messy, but it's a pain in the rear to type it all by hand instead of playing with all the new items :c

EDIT: SUMMONER MASTERIES GOT TWEAKED A BIT I THINK BUT I CAN'T REMEMBER WHICH ONES ARE THE SAME AND WHICH ARE CHANGED SO HERE
Wrath:
-Exhaust reduces MR and Armor by 10
-Ignite increases AP and AD by 5 on CD
-Ghost increases MS boost to 35%
-Garrison-ed turrets deal 50% splash damage

Resolve:
-Cleanse increases duration of tenacity boost by 1 second
-Heal passively increases HP by 5 per level
-Smite grants 10 gold on use
-Barrier increases shield by 20

Insight:
-Revive grants HP for 2 minutes on use
-Teleport cast time reduced by 0.5 seconds
-Flash CD reduced by 15 seconds
-Clarity mana restored increased by 25%
-Clairvoyance grants vision of enemy champions revealed (like reveal debuff?)

Block reduces damage from champion AAs by 3 (requires unyielding)
Tenacious +5/10/15% Tenacity (stacks multiplicatively with other tenacity)
Juggernaut +1.5/2.75/4% max HP
T5:
Defender +1 armor and MR for each nearby enemy champion
Legendary Armor +1.25/2.5/3.75/5% Armor and MR
Good Hands -10% time spent dead
Reinforced Armor -5/10% damage taken from crits
T6:
Honor Guard reduces all damage taken by 3%

Scout Wards have +25% vision for the first 3 seconds
Mastermind -4/7/10% CD on summoners
Expanded Mind +72/126/180 Mana@18
Artificer -7.5/15% CD on actives
T3:
Greed +0.5/1/1.5/2 GP10
Runic Affinity +20% buff duration
Strength of Spirit +1/2/3 HP5 for every 400 mana you have
Biscuiteer start game with a biscuit that restores 80HP and 50MP over 10 seconds (LOL)
T4:
Wealth +25/50 starting gold
Awareness +1.25/2.5/3.75/5 experience
Vampirism +1/2/3 Lifesteal and Spellvamp
Explorer grants a ward at the start of the game, lasts for 1min. Outside of SR, grants 25 starting gold (requires biscuiteer)
T5:
Pickpocket +5 gold for melee (3 for ranged) every time you attack a champion (5s cd)
Intelligence +2/4/6% CDR
T6:
Nimble +3% MS

The thing is you have to sacrifice a point in either Mental Force(+1.5/3/4.5/6 AP), Archmage(+1.25% / 2.5% / 3.75% / 5% AP) or Executioner(+5% to targets under 50%HP) if you don't want to put 22 points in Offence tree.
