As long as Teemo becomes a viable pick who can carry in S3 I will be happy

Right now I see Teemos own their lane, get 2 towers and then lose because they don't really contribute much later on. Needs moar damage to to counteract that small range.

Teemo and Sivir both need 550 range atleast.

AP assassin Teemo.

Get ADC then run and run and run. If you did your job right prior to this, the whole team will target you while you run like the Teemo you are. I don't think I've lost a teamfight using this strategy

A teemo doubled my cs in lane and took tower (me being singed). but as soon as i built FoN he was utterly useless.
