you kinda just described janna and yet we see her mostly as a support. IMO nami will either be support or below brand tier mid laner.

And yet her burst is still pretty good even with only two damaging abilities.

better they nerf her ratios than her utility. Nerfed utility means we just have a mage with a different flavor of damage. She will shine as an amazing (probably op) support. Granted she'll be fine as a mid at the moment, but we all know the support role needs some fresh life

I'd probably see more people playing her as a support anyways... considering, supportys need more people to work with and she's definitely one of them.
