Master Yi rework/buff idea.

Passive - Every 4 auto attacks, Yi attacks twice with the second hit dealing (25 per level + 0.3 Total AD) in magic dmg.

Q - Same ability as before, with following changes:
Deals 60 / 110 / 160 / 210 / 260 + 0.4P magic dmg
Also strikes each target with one basic attack that cannot crit for physical dmg. This works in conjunction with his passive.

W - Passive: Grants 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 additional armor/MR for as long as it is not on CD.
Active: Master Yi gains 50 / 100 / 150 / 200 / 250 armor/MR and 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 Tenacity for 4 seconds but cannot attack or cast other abilities. Does not impede movement. May be deactivated after half of the duration has passed (2).

E - Passive: Grants 25% / 30% / 35% / 40% / 45% of base AD as bonus AD as long as it is not on CD.
Active: Grants 25 / 45 / 65 / 85 / 105 magic dmg on hit for 7 seconds.

R - Passive: Grants 30 / 50 / 70 bonus mspd as long as it is not on CD.
Active:
Grants 30% / 60% / 90% Attack Speed
Doubles all passive gains and removes the "as long as it is not on CD" modifier from passives for duration.
Duration reduced to 7 / 8 / 9
Resets all CDs
When this ability goes on cooldown (at end of duration), all other abilities go on cooldown as if they had been used but do not grant effects. (restarts cooldown of abilities that are already on CD)
Cooldown: 130 / 110 / 90

He kills himself by auto attacking tanks. That is not fine. When a champion is either ridiculously OP or ridiculously useless in every single matchup (usually useless, in Yi's case), they aren't fine.

Words can't even describe how awful an idea this is.

Might as well just freeze him in place for 10 seconds and make him do an animation where he bends over and presents for the nearest enemy champion.
