I have to say Sivir since late game her wave clearing is crazy. Had a game once with her where i had like 550+ CS in a 50 something minute game.

The bird isnt a better farmer than Karthus or Morde. Anivia has to wait until lvl 6 to actually farm with her Ult. Those first 6 lvls a strong pusher like Morde will not only push her under her turret faster than she knows what happened but Morde will end up with alot more CS up until the end of the game. Sure she can farm under her turret but she'll eat some E's from Morde or even Diana Q if she wants some farm.

quite frankly by that logic everyone is the same at farming because everyone can be last hitting perfectly

pushing =/= farming i guess
