At 6300 IP, should I buy Rengar or Skarner for jungling?

Thinking of buying Skarner since I've played him more, but Rengar intrigues me. I want to get better at jungling, which of these would be more viable in the next season?

Any thoughts?

I think Skarner will be pretty damn weak in S3 jungle. He's one of your Double GP10 junglers and that won't exist anymore, so I don't expect him to be able to do too much.

I don't the jingle is changing that much.

Skarner is my tryhard jungler, though I don't know how the new jungle will treat him.

Skarner is used as double gp10 glacial mobs aegis jungler currently, however he can build other items if he has the gold. There was even some talk of adjusting his mana costs if the jungle is proving har dto clear

Skarner but u may want to wait to see how S3 affects new jungle. If u want a jungler now who can do similar things u may want to look at Nunu. His ganks are amazing from start to finish and he gives so much slows in teamfights its crazy. Plus he is AP so u can easily gank with an Ice Blast (his level 2 ganks are one of the best especially with exhaust) and stay away so u dont get harrassed or worse die and give them a kill. An AP jungler is a solid choice due to the amount of damage u do with one ability where as an AD Jungler has to rely on auto attacks most of the time after they use their gap closers.
