When do I go back to 10ish elo per match?

Cause I am 15 games in and still getting and losing about 40 per match, isnt it supposed to be over at 10?

Dunno.

But for some reason when I win at the moment I gain 30, and when I lose I lose 40. I don't get it.

yeah exact same with me

get around 30 per win and 40 per loss

im at 20 games and it started to go down, like i got 23 for a win.

I think that after 40 games you will start gaining +-12 elo/ macth.

I played 16 ranked games and I still gain/lose 40 elo/match.

And sometimes you will gain a smaller amount of elo when you win than the amount you lose when you lose, but the opposite can happen too.
