You just get it if you suck up... I mean act friendly enough.

General Tip:

If someone gives out honour like candy, its worth less.

If someone treats honour like a barrel of oil, its worth more when given.

It's usually around 40 ribbons for honorable opponent.

Everyone I know that got it got it around 30. I myself got it at 28.
