Stay in the back, throwing pokes. Try to get a stun. If it is a fight near lots of bushes/corners, ult to give vision. --- Our Drunker Master picked up the only remaining improvised weapon which would work, the dwarf. Since the dwarf was lawful we now had a lawful aligned weapon.
Stay in back throwing out your wild cards. One of the best poke moves in the game. Also stun priority targets with gold card.
With blue buff, its on a really low CD so you can use it multiple times in a team fight --- WATCHING JUAN CASTILLO'S QUALITY DEFENCE EXTINGUISH ELI'S DONG REMINDS ME THAT LITERALLY AN OL COACH AS DC WILL ALWAYS BE THE SUPERIOR FAD
TF is definitely limited in his capacity to impact a teamfight. He's no Brand, that's for sure.
But hey, he gives his team a gold bonus, unveils the map, and can teleport in to gank for his team. So he needs some limitations placed upon him.
The most effective TFs I've seen while spectating are good at baiting and kiting people around with him, while his team piles on the poor sap. Stun, chuck the wild cards and lich bane proc, and move back a little bit. Repeat. Players at the ELO I'm kind of stuck in 1200-1400ish are generally not capable of kiting/goading effectively with him.
