Will Liandry's into Rylai's be a thing? Haunting Guise is already fantastic on him, and Rylai's is okay too. The synergy could make it work. Maybe?

Replace "Maybe" with "Absolutely", and you've got it.

Whether or not better Vlad builds are discovered remains to be seen, but you can be guaranteed that at least when the season starts, it'll be REALLY common.

Liandry's will for sure be a highly bought item on him.

As for Rylai's I've always thought it was core on him. It's just too good for kiting and chasing.

I think the point is more that with Liandry's doubling its damage for anyone using Rylai's, you're going to have to have them both.

Thing that works well for me in PBR is new DFG. Drop ult, drop DFG boosted via ult and spam spells with doubleboost. Burst down tanks.

New Rylai's is also 205 gold cheaper than current Rylai's for the same stats, for whatever reason.
