More often than not the voli player's i've seen are actually good, so i'd give the guy the benefit of the doubt. Same if it was a support voli.

Edit: However, it would also matter who he was laning vs. Like someone else said, if he picked into a Jayce, or Teemo, i'd consider dodging.

just seen a volibear top with only 5 cs the entire game not even afk, he was 1400 elo too.

Eh, people understand to counter his passive with ignite, but they underestimate the damage his early combos can do.

Nice, this means I can pick a more damage-oriented jungler, or just build more toward the DPS side of a tanky dps that can jungle.

Well only seen two voli's go top, I laned against both one as Hec, and once i got him to use heal He was dead, and the other was when I was GP. I couldn't kill him but he couldn't kill me either. It just turned into a CS lane and I won that and made up for no kills with my ult. Now granted neither of these voli's where good, but I can see him doing well against some tops.

The last ranked I did had an enemy Volibear go 10-0 against Darius
