Optimal rune set for Jungle Warwick?

Normally I go:
Armour yellows
6 flats MR and 3 scaling MR blues
Attack speed reds
Attack damage Quints

Everything here seems fine except for the quints, any good replacement for attack damage quints as I noticed no guide has ever said to use attack damage quints ever.

Or give a completely different rune page which is more optimal than the one I have. :L

I have no idea how to get those last 3. :P

Anyway I read that he won't be able to survive the jungle without those armour penentration runes if going full attack speed.
