Rengar on Twisted Treeline

How do you beat Rengar on this map? It always seems like he gets 50-60+ more creep kills than everybody else in the match, and if he gets an early kill he snowballs so hard so quickly that we can't react.

TT in general is more farm intensive, I think. Push the bejesus out of your lane, clear jungle, repeat. Any down time at all can give the other team a huge advantage in gold and experience. I think your problem wasn't Rengar so much as the dynamics of TT.
