Sightstone on Lee Sin?

Any half decent Lee Sin will tell you to keep 2 or 3 wards on yourself to either escape or make a play.

How do you think the new ward items will be on Lee Sin? I'm not sure of the cost of them, so it may not be as good as I'm hoping.

Sightstone is 700 gold. Using four wards is worth 300 gold. You can resell Sightstone for 490. Unless I'm missing something using just four wards and selling Sightstone is a "profit" of 90 gold vs buying those four sight wards outright.

I really doubt Lee Sin will be buying too many standard wards with this item, it is just too good of an investment.

You're not taking the regenerating charges into account. That one stone could be used for a hundred wards in one game.

I understand, I'm just pointing out that Sightstone turns a profit from its small investment almost immediately and could be sold to fund another purchase if you chose. The item is god damn awesome on somebody like Lee Sin that uses wards.

Edit: Uses wards for his abilities. And yes, he'd definitely want to keep it for the long term. It is just that the item is so unbalanced that it is more efficient to buy it instead of four wards if you are leaving base with >400 gold.
