He's the first person I tried. His clears with a machete start were decently fast to begin with, and getting Madred's/Wriggles procs later on lets you make short work of the creeps. I didn't do very well that game though, because I don't really remember how to troll it up anymore. I kept playing as if I were skarner or something and didn't take advantage of what Trundle should be doing.
I have ideas floating around for how to do better next time though. With more of the jungle's value stored up in the big creeps I can see him being a good counterjungler/duelist again. --- And then John was a zombie.
Tried out Trundle for my first match. I specced into utility for the crystalline flask/biscuit/machete start and built a golem spirit early and it helped a lot. I think our team ended up like 50-8 that match or something >_> --- Cooler than Freddie Jackson sippin' a milkshake in a snowstorm.
Seems worse. Gold was never his problem, having basically no burst, no CC and no mobility was his biggest problem. Now with the nerf to resists his ult seems kinda pointless. --- AE 2012: (Gouken), LoL: (Cho, Morde, J4), Chivalry: (Van) Dark Souls 2, Cave Story 2 plz
tried it, clear just fine with health. It is his gank, weak CC, okay dmg(AA thats all). ward is everywhere from new items. Having no gap closer, limited speed boost and every decent person has a jump/dash over pillar. Ult is useless, everyone now stack penz and health, his ult only steal percentage of nothing, flat amount of health that is weaker than single AA.
I would put him even worse than WW at this point. having one source of dmg, weak CC, no instant gap closer, don't even have a passive tanky, no aoe. Everyone else does his job better, need total rework. His kit was anti tank, but no one plays pure tank anymore, all tanky dps with CC. --- POK Erthroid Myeloid Ontogenic
