I'm a pretty new player (Level 18), and I've found that I like and do pretty well with Warwick. I don't like learning anyone new because I'm usually pretty bad with them (and get raged at so much I just stick to Warwick).
When I check the board here it seems like most ranked players say that a person should be able to play just about every role before they go on ranked. Is this the main consensus about it? I wanna know so I know what to do before heading on ranked.
The only roles I have a real interest in are: Tank (I play Warwick as a tanky magic dps) Support (For some reason, I like being the medic or ammo guy in shooters.) Jungler (Looks fun, but I never really learned how to do it -.-)
Any tips and recommendations for champs would be greatly appreciated. --- I will not change my signature until Zone of the Enders 3 is released. Started July 18, 2010 Official Amaterasu of the SMT IV Board.
Ideally yes, you should know how to play at least 3 different positions, but ideally you should have 1 champion for each position that you play great and a backup incase the other players choose the champion you're great with
I'm lvl 18 right now and I'm great with 2 champions, Anivia(mid) and Janna(support), currently learning Cho'Gath(already play half-decently) for Top/Jungle and Ashe for ADC
Right now, just focus on learning champs and roles. You've got a long way before being "ready" for ranked --- FvP | falco_vs_peach | *^*"The Shinies" Member*^* | Adventure Time Member PBWSB | PDPSB | /pdpsb/ | PBWSB User Tournament Winner: DiabIo
Oh whoops. Well I suppose you get the point. I like playing tank champions. --- I will not change my signature until Zone of the Enders 3 is released. Started July 18, 2010 Official Amaterasu of the SMT IV Board.
