Dealing with Fizz

Been working on my mid play and so far I have been able to win and if not win my lane but at least deal with the other mid while giving some pressure to bot and top.

However, when playing against the fish man Fizz I cannot seem to have any form of success.

Does anyone have advice on playing against his fishness?

He can get fed off of you or your baddie teammates, which is it gonna be bud?

leave it out for a while it will go flat
