No wonder why zed in men in black is called zed. I always wondered why he was the only agent with a name.

i mean...that seems so random. every other letter doesnt do that sorta thing, no other letter adds a consonant in the pronunciation, it feels/looks so unnatural.

Just throwing it out there that I'm really glad that the US doesn't add on unnecessary letters to things (like other letters) in a pathetic attempt to annunciate it more clearly.
