..her bouncing heal doesnt seem to do either enough damage or heal. Is it just me or the players I saw were too bad to keep up with the rest?

They were just badm trust me you don't want to run into a good Nami... she can escape and live it's annoying.

It actually doesgood job of harrassing early game it's useful in the fact that it will both heal allies and hit enemies in one casts so in essence it's a 2 for 1. It's also pretty mana efficient. Heals much more than Sona's or Soraka's heal pre lv 6.

It's really good and spammable, throw a chalice into the mix and she can just throw it out whenever she wants.

Needs ap to be usefull, thats the problem with most support players, to much locked in season 2 item build.

Sugestion that supports consider kage lucky pick instead of philostone. Than later on build it into shard of true ice. Shield for ally, ap for youre heal and stil gold per 10 secs (and something with mana regen.
Lets move mountains or mount movements.
