Give me a good rune build on Ez

Armor pen reds, Armor yellows, Mres blues and AD Quints. Are these good or do I need a different build?

AD Reds
1 AD Blue

Well maybe it changes now given the changes to the way Armour Pen works. Typically though AD was better because it helps last hitting early.
