Never seen a good elise in my life. As for Nocturne, I haven't gone negative with him.... like ever and I always receive praise from my teammates, so I'd say Elise.

Nocturne is pretty straightforward faceroll, Elise requires a bit of practice to really nail. But don't take her jungle, where she really shines is top.

As Nocturne is my main, it saddens my heart everytime I see yet another dumbass think he can ult into a 1v3 then pop barrier to walk away alive. Noobs give us good Nocturnes bad reputations.
