I played Sejuani constantly in ranked. Here's what I have learned.

Is early Warmogs that beneficial? I was never a big fan of Warmogs because I always opted to go for a quick Sunfire instead.

Then again, with all this Black Cleaver nonsense, I guess the best way around that is massive amounts of hp. I'll mess around with that when I get a chance

Well seeing as your W does the majority of your damage and the fact it scales off more hp. It is very effective.

I just felt that with the combination of Sunfire with W, would be more cost efficient in terms of damage.

just a little hint: junglers, particularly aoe junglers, will usually get top damage in a game. While you're farming the jungle, they are sitting around doing nothing other than last hitting a minion now and then. Jungler damage is naturally higher for this reason.

CDR is far better than health for damage.

The thing about W, is that it scales off total health, not bonus health -- you only need to level to increase its damage beyond ranks.

Building a Warmogs gives you 1000 health, which is 150 base damage over its duration.

Building a Spirit Visage gives you 15%, which gives you likely 2 more ticks with W, which will be more than 150 base damage. Also, you gain more damage and less downtime with E. Also Q and R more often.

CDR > Health for damage. And utility. And mobility. And the way CDR works is that it scales the more you have. SO leaving it at 20-25% is a waste.

Just because she scales off health, doesn't mean you should knee-jerk and build mainly health. CDR is by far her best stat.

meh I build a frozen heart late game : / its been working quite effective the way ive been building her. ive been playing her since S2 : /. Im Also not building her for damage. Im building her to take hits and tower dive.

I'd consider Ionian Boots over Tabi then. Trust me, it will be an improvement. Especially since Tabi got nerfed for the jungle.

What with Frozen Heart, Sunfire and Golem, you have more than enough armor.

Thing is 0-20% CDR means far less than 20-40% due to how CDR works. Ending your CDR total at 20% is indeed a waste.
