We had a kyle support who once we began the game told us to apologyze before hand that she had a bad connection, he played like crap and indeeed looked like she was lagging...I think she deserves to be reported since it messes up the game for the rest

Report all you want, I've yet to see someone get punished for having lag. People with attitudes like yours on the other hand, gets smited on a daily basis.

I'd punish if they end up dcing and and sitting there reconnecting the whole game. Idc if its a one time case, you wasted my time and i will never see you again so i dont feel like letting them get away with it. Not letting others put up with that crap in the future

If they just have lag, no. If they actually DC, yes.

If it's a normal, no, if it's ranked, yes.

I think they probably should be. I also don't see why normal/ranked makes a difference. You're not ruining the game any less in a normal, there just isn't a meaningless number attached to it.

Didn't know there was a rule against playing while laggy, and if it was a bannable offense you would not see as many Brazilians.
