The Egyptians are the biggest cat-lovers in the world. Reddit doesn't even compare to them. Nasus was inspired by Egyptian stuff, so it's strange that they went the other way with him.

Don't even talk about Anubis or other gods or what have you. Nasus isn't a god.

Egyptians loved cats, but the #1 known god from Egyptian mythology is Anubis. Anubis is part Jackal, and is where Nasus gets his model from.
