13 is allowed. It doesn't matter if you were a UAU in the past, so long as you are currently 13 your account can't b banned. I would know, I made my account at 10. As said earlier, 16 now.

Pretty sure 13s can have accounts here.

I only saw people claiming to be 12 or less being banned.

We should be proud to be the old schoolers here. I'm 31 and played since '10, but I played DoTA a lot since it got released. Fighting games was my first competitive genre since SF2 was first released in the arcades.

I play it LoL mostly in the night due to my career and all, but I'm never giving up playing the games I love.
