High burst AP mids?

I've been playing a lot of Evelynn lately, and I definitely enjoy the high burst style she has, especially with DFG.

Are there any other champions that are also high single target burst like Eve?

I was thinking of picking up LeBlanc because she seems like she would be similar, and of course because of those jukes.

Also, slightly off topic question, but what are some good last items for Eve? I always go Boots, DFG, Liandry's, Rabadon's, but the last 2 items are usually just things I feel like trying out.

Leblanc is the definition of burst. No one bursts better (Except for Veigar late) than she does.

On top of my head; Veigar, Leblanc, Lux (she does have nasty AoE as well), Elise, Cassiopeia, Ryze,

kassadin pretty strong and one of his moves is more than single target

annie, but i really don't think she's a very good champ i NEVER see a good one no matter what.. her range is too small.

Gragas does High AOE burst.

Gragas is really strong in general. People just don't play him as much cause he is fat.

I've stolen baron with Gragas Q/R while scoring a triple kill. nearly full build his Q and R combined do like 1500+ aoe dmg.
