ziggs was OP on release, landmines hit more. It was basically mines -> q -> auto, you lose half health.

People were complaining so so much about Fiora on release. She was one of those champs that people just learned to deal with and then she became useless.

But as far as initial reactions go, she was crazy.

Also Varus was one of the more "see or banned in every single game" upon release. At least from my perception.

Riven wasn't op on release, she had to be hotfixed within the next couple days because her animations for w and ult were far too slow and nearly useless.

Jayce, like Lee Sin, took some getting use to. Having more than 4 skills confuses most players.
Rengar was nerfed HARD coming out of PBE. He use to be able to Q>Qf>R>Qf>Bonetooth>Qf and destroy everything.

Release lee sin was awful though then they gave him huge buffs later

Didn't he only get the hotfix that buffed his AD ratios before Riot started nerfing him?
