Looks like you ought to be fine. Opt in to the two tutorial matches and see how they run - you won't be messing with anyone else if you wind up being unable to run the game well, and of course you'll learn a few basic things about the game.

Try going to Start > Run > dxdiag

Go to the Display tab

Type the Name and Chip Type here.

Sounds pretty low-end, but I can pull an almost playable framerate with an ION2 on my netbook. I'd definitely give it a shot - only surefire way to find out, and it'll only cost you a bit of time to find out.

Just as suspected. Answer is nope. 20FPS on lowest settings at best when there's really nothing happening onscreen. It's a pretty awful integrated GPU even for its time (like 4 years ago).

Just plop any recent GPU and you'll run the game really well. Even a crummy $35 GT 610 will be a huge huge improvement over what you have. 60fps 1080p around Medium.
