sorry but if you're getting crushed in lane and somehow give away two kills before i even get to my red, i am going to avoid your lane like the plague and try to help someone who isnt terrible

You can, there is an UNSKILLED PLAYER option.

You can be reported for anything and everything, what matters is whether or not there's any legitimacy behind them.
And even if you're a perfect angel 99% of the time, it only takes a bunch of false reports to get you in Tribunal and that one time you went a little overboard showing up as one of the cases... --- "Pokey and the man."
